Dry Eye affects more than 30 million people in the U.S., and many do not realize it. Uncomfortable contact lens wear, red eyes in the morning, and burning at night are all symptoms of dryness. Many confuse dryness with allergies, and unless the eyes are itching severely, allergies are often not the major concern.
If you experience any of the following symptoms, you may be suffering from Dry Eye:
Sand/Grit in Eyes
Contact Lens discomfort
Fluctuation in Vision
We offer the most advanced procedures and techniques in dry eye management, including the iLux treatment for oil gland dysfunction, which contributes to 86% of dry eye.
Call Dr. Kuipers or Dr. Rotella at 605-719-9489 today to schedule a dry eye evaluation and start feeling better today!
